  • New interface developed using .NET and Java platforms, to transfer In/Out files between the new Compromises System and the Banks and Credit Cards Information Systems.

Results

  • The new Tool (Compromises force.com custom app + Interfaces) is in production.
  • Now there is a plan to implement this tool in new Clients with the help of Idealistas.
  • High satisfaction in the final users. Now they are requiring specific personalizations.
